Nigerian gospel singer Judikay has opened up about her painful experience of suffering six miscarriages, revealing that the most recent occurred in February 2025.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, the gospel artiste recounted the physical and emotional toll of the loss, which happened after she had passed the three-month stage of pregnancy. She explained that the incident began with what seemed like mild cramps, which she initially dismissed as a normal occurrence during pregnancy. However, the situation quickly worsened as she began to notice spotting that later turned into heavy bleeding.
According to her, the development became alarming when the bleeding did not stop, leaving her devastated as she realised the implications of what was happening.
The singer disclosed that the pregnancy loss marked her sixth miscarriage, describing it as one of the most difficult moments she has faced. She said she was rushed to the hospital, where doctors carried out a dilation and curettage (D&C) procedure after diagnosing a missed miscarriage.
Judikay spoke candidly about the emotional trauma she endured, including moments of deep questioning and pain during the ordeal. Her revelation has since drawn attention online, with many fans expressing sympathy and support for the gospel artiste during what she described as a heartbreaking chapter of her life.
