Newscuddle Writer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Newscuddle. By registering as a writer and publishing content on our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Revenue Model

Newscuddle generates revenue through digital advertising networks using:

• CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions)
• CPC (Cost Per Click)

Revenue generated from advertisements displayed on writer content is shared according to the following structure:

• 55% to Writers
• 45% to Newscuddle

2. Monetizable Traffic Definition

Newscuddle tracks and rewards creators based on Monetizable Page Views.

A page view is only considered monetizable when advertisements are successfully loaded and displayed on the visitor’s screen.

Views generated from browsers, devices, or extensions that block advertisements, including but not limited to:

• Brave Browser
• Opera Mini with Ad Blocking enabled
• AdBlock Plus
• uBlock Origin
• Any similar ad-blocking software

will not generate advertising revenue and will therefore be excluded from earnings calculations and the 30,000-view payout requirement.

3. Pageview Earnings Model

Writer earnings are calculated based on advertising revenue generated from monetizable page views.

Example:

• Average RPM: $10.00
• Writer Share (55%): $5.50
• Newscuddle Share (45%): $4.50

Actual earnings may vary depending on traffic quality, visitor location, advertiser demand, seasonality, and other market factors.

4. Direct Revenue Share Calculation

Newscuddle uses integrated tracking systems and automated revenue-sharing tools to calculate individual writer earnings.

All calculations displayed on the Creator Dashboard are generated automatically by our internal systems.

5. Rate Adjustments & Revenue Volatility

Advertising revenue is subject to market fluctuations.

Newscuddle reserves the right to modify, adjust, suspend, or update payout rates, revenue-sharing structures, and payout requirements due to:

• Changes in global advertising markets
• Currency exchange rate fluctuations
• Advertising network policy updates
• Platform operational requirements

Where possible, creators will receive at least 7 days’ notice before significant structural changes take effect.

6. Analytics & Final Discrepancies

All page views, follower counts, earnings balances, and related metrics displayed on the Newscuddle Creator Dashboard are tracked using our internal systems.

The dashboard records maintained by Newscuddle shall be considered final and binding.

External analytics tools including, but not limited to:

• Google Analytics
• Bit.ly Statistics
• Third-party tracking software
• Personal analytics tools

will not be accepted as evidence in traffic, earnings, or payment disputes.

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

Writers retain copyright ownership of their original content.

However, by publishing on Newscuddle, writers grant Newscuddle a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Host content
• Edit content
• Translate content
• Republish content
• Promote content
• Monetize content

This license remains valid even after content has been published.

8. Writer Code of Conduct

All writers are expected to uphold professional and ethical publishing standards.

Writers must:

• Publish original content
• Verify facts before publication
• Avoid misinformation
• Provide accurate sources where necessary
• Promptly correct errors when identified
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

9. No Income Guarantee

Newscuddle does not guarantee any minimum earnings, fixed salary, or predictable income.

Advertising rates, audience engagement, and traffic volumes fluctuate regularly and may affect earnings.

10. Payout Terms

To qualify for payout, writers must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum balance of $15 USD
• At least 1,000 followers
• At least 30,000 total monetizable page views

Payments are processed on a Net-30 basis and may be sent through:

• PayPal
• Stripe
• Direct Bank Transfer

Payment schedules may vary due to banking delays, verification requirements, or advertiser payment cycles.

11. Plagiarism, Fraud & Account Termination

Newscuddle maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Plagiarism
• Copyright infringement
• AI-generated spam
• Fraudulent traffic generation
• Click manipulation
• Fake engagement activities
• Violation of platform policies

Newscuddle reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found engaging in such activities.

Any unpaid earnings associated with terminated accounts may be forfeited.

12. Content Removal Rights

Newscuddle reserves the right to remove, edit, restrict, or unpublish any content at its sole discretion without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity, legal compliance, user safety, or advertiser relationships.

13. Tax Responsibility

Writers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, levies, duties, or government charges arising from earnings received through Newscuddle.

14. Advertiser Liability Disclaimer

Advertising revenue depends on advertiser demand, inventory availability, user geography, market conditions, and platform performance.

Newscuddle cannot guarantee the availability or consistency of advertising revenue.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in the Newscuddle Writer Program shall be resolved through arbitration or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanisms under the applicable jurisdiction governing Newscuddle operations.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a writer account, publishing content, or using any creator tools provided by Newscuddle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in account suspension, content removal, loss of monetization privileges, or permanent termination.
