Bose Ogulu, mother and manager of Nigerian music star Burna Boy, has reacted after her son sparked controversy with the use of profane language during a recent livestream.
The incident followed allegations made by Wizkid on X that Burna Boy and members of his entourage assaulted DJ Tunez at a nightclub in Lagos over a dispute related to music selection.
Responding to the accusations during a livestream session with Shallipopi, Burna Boy denied that a group attack took place, he admitted of carrying out the physical abuse on DJ Tunez singlehandedly. While defending himself, the singer used a language and invoked his mother’s name in a controversial remark.
In the wake of the controversy, Bose Ogulu was seen in a separate viral video surrounded by members of Burna Boy’s team, leading prayers, casting and binding every unforeseen circumstances that are surrounding her,their focus were on countering negative declarations on what her son Burna boy said and seeking spiritual protection
